POLICIES You agree to these terms when booking online or directly through KDRESTHETICS ,LLC. A non refundable direct deposit that goes towards the service is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service in cash. All deposits are non refundable. If you can’t make it to your appointment your deposit can be used towards another lash appointment only if you give over a 48 hour notice. 
 FILL POLICY 
Fills are necessary every 2 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks exactly it will be a full set. Please be sure to have at least 45-50% of your lashes still on at the time of your appointment. Anything less, a fresh full set is required at the price of a full set.

 CONFIRMATION POLICY  
You will be notified to confirm your appointment 72 hours In advance to your scheduled service. In the event of an unconfirmed appointment Kayla will contact you to confirm the appointment. If you are unreachable/don’t reply 48 hours prior to your appointment, it will be canceled.


 LATE POLICY 
if you’re 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

 APPOINTMENT PREP 
Before arrival please have a fresh face (no makeup/mascara) this will help with proper application and retention of your lash extensions.

Cancellation Policy

LATE 10 minutes late = $10 late fee •Anything beyond 10 minutes will be canceled (deposits remain non-refundable) •No Shows are banned from booking again CANCELATION  •There is a 48 hour notice period to cancel or reschedule your appointment  •If you cancel 1 day before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service you have booked for. •I respect that your time is valuable and I appreciate that you understand mine is too!
